I was tasked to investigate what a Customer Data Platform within the me&u platform would look like, working alongside the Data & Analytics team I drafted maps & wireframes that described how we could use our existing customer data and position it as a new SaaS offering within the me&u product lineup. The project was ultimately put on hold as we pivoted into revenue focused initiatives.
me&u was looking at how we could evolve our usage of data and offer our merchants a new service that allowed them segment their customers into audiences for marketing opportunities, using signals provided by me&u. To get things started, I looked at the signals we currently stored, and drafted a map of how we could categorise these data points.
After briefing the technical and data teams, I proceeded to draft up some wireframes to describe what a merchant experience would look like.
